Bowling Wrist Supports

So you’re thinking about getting a wrist support? Wearing a wrist support can sometimes give you a little advantage, and that kind of advantage can mean a lot during a tournament.
Here are some reasons why you might want to use wrist support: you have had a wrist or hand injury in the past; you want to get a feel for the proper positioning of your wrist so that you can bowl better without the glove; your wrist flexes too far and too much for a good and proper release; your wrist is too small and/or too weak. Remember that your wrist and its movement are key when it comes to bowling !
